Control your Towing Hub account and personal data

Available in the mobile app, customer dashboard, or through support

You can permanently delete your Towing Hub account and associated personal data. Choose the method available to you below.

Delete from the mobile app

  1. Sign in and open Profile.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion.

Delete from the customer dashboard

  1. Sign in to the Towing Hub website.
  2. Open My Profile.
  3. Use Delete account and confirm with your current password.

Request deletion through support

If you cannot access the app or website dashboard, email us from your registered address with the subject “Towing Hub account deletion request”. We may reply to verify ownership.

What deletion removes

  • Your login and profile information
  • Applications that do not require accounting retention
  • Identity documents and vehicle photos
  • Payment slips and other uploaded personal files

Accounting retention

Completed or paid transaction records may be retained in anonymized form for at least five years. They retain transaction references, dates, service category, amounts, currency, and tax values, but not your identity or uploaded documents.

Active service requests: Your account cannot be deleted while an application is pending, under review, or processing. Contact support to resolve or cancel it, then submit the deletion again.
